How to access your property files:
Your monthly management report and its cover e-mail reference your CLIENT ID NUMBER with Complete Property Services. Please select your ID to access your reports.

A New Window will open and prompt you to enter your password, as set up for you when we initiated your services. Should you not have your User Number and Password, please call our office at 713-395-1400 or email Glenn Dickson and we will provide you this information. If you do not provide us with a password, your user name will become your default password.

Once you enter your access information, you will be able to navigate your property files. Your Owner file is organized by property, and contains:

• Documents such as leases, management agreement, tenant transition letter, and transition checklist
• Financials such as monthly P&L's and images of completed work orders and bills paid for each month
• Inspections & Photo's including the property inspection, individual unit inspections, work order log (history and pending), and digital images documenting condition.
• Word and Excel documents may be downloaded and opened on your computer.
• Complete Property Services now offers our clients the ability to make a payment online using our payment processing partner, PayLease.
