If your property needs a standard unit, we’ll process your order for a quick installation. Each standard Chill Safe unit is constructed of 1 inch square steel frame and measures 36” x 36” x 36”, which fits most condensers up to four tons. The unit is anchored into the ground with 24 inch footings set in over 300 pounds of concrete and installed without interrupting your AC’s unit. Our standard units are then painted in a weather-resistant black that should offer many years of service if maintained.

If your property needs a custom designed cage or cages, a Chill Safe representative will design a protective cage or system of cages that will best serve your needs. We can design Chill Safe units for landlords with single family or multi-family residential property, retail shops, strip malls, restaurants and churches. No job is too big or too small!
